Buying Guide: Your Own vyndo Machine

  • We don't have any hidden costs. The listed purchase price already includes all essential hardware components: touchscreen, high-performance computer, telemetry unit, and the modules for coins, bills, and cashless payments (card reader).

  • Your products determine the machine, not the other way around. Whether you sell T-shirts, headphones, or cosmetics, we configure the shelf sizes and rows before production to ensure they are 100% tailored to your product line.

  • You'll receive our smart vending design software completely free of charge for the first 12 months. For payment processing via vyndo Pay, you'll only incur the regular ongoing costs (transaction fees, subscription fees).

  • Before you make a purchase, we leave nothing to chance. During a joint meeting, we define the exact layout of the modules and the design of the user interface, and set up the payment infrastructure you need.

  • For custom-configured machines, production time ranges from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on workload. If you choose a preconfigured machine from stock, it will be ready for shipment within 7 business days.

  • We won't leave you on your own after your purchase. If you have any software questions or need assistance during operation, we can help you remotely at any time through our system with fast remote support.
